Ordered a cappuccino and lattee today served in paper cups to sit in my cappuccino was more froth than coffee and no chocolate sprinkles .very disappointed to say the least. Won't be rushing back anytime soon..such a shame as we have been coning here for years...The last few weeks we have noticed that the tables have not been cleared and are dirty and sticky...But to be served drinks in paper cups that are half full and charged full price is not good.

There are a few Coffee1 places around Poole and Bournemouth. It's like a local version of Costa. This is my main branch but I have been to Winton and Poole too. Good choice of everything. Efficient staff. The one in Parkstone is dog friendly. It gets very busy weekend mornings. Good quality coffee. Perfect for a quick lunch

Classic coffee no1. You can usually get a seat inside. Parking nearby. Free water. Nice decor. Always vegan options available (cakes and plant milks)

Walked in today, clearly with a massive limp as I’ve just had knee surgery, crutches etc. I’ve not been to this place before so didn’t know the run down, when I ordered my drinks and food I went to sit down. Proceeded to wait about ten minutes for my drinks as well as food, some kid brings over my tray put it down on top of my stuff and says it’s been waiting on the counter for me as you have to take your stuff from there. For one, not one member of staff behind the counter said this to me when I ordered and two, you can clearly see I can’t walk, with a crutch how am I going to walk a tray with all of that over to my table? My drinks were cold and my food took longer because apparently it was dropped on the floor. No apologies apart from the young girl who brung out my meal who was extremely empathetic after watching my whole situation go down. Not going there again, left most of my cold...

Have been coming here for many years but over the last 6 months have felt the service generally has deteriorated. Very often it is under staffed ! I feel sorry for the staff as often there is someone working there on their own to open the store ! The company should be ashamed of themselves if they think this is ok for someone to work alone ! Not good for health and safety and the staff’s own personal safety. This also means the service is VERY SLOW A LOT OF THE TIME ! This also reflects in the fact that there is a really high turnover of staff ! Not great.. SAYING that the coffee itself is great and generally busy NICE...

I do visit here a few times every few weeks as a local worker. I must say that every time I've been in, I have been greeted by warm and welcoming staff. Your main barista is a blessing to your franchise, and the coffee is always spot on, if mistakes are made this is okay as it's always rectified to the best ability. The toasties are really delicious too, I even find they are the best in the area (don't tell on me!). To the reviews who complain about the wait, unfortunately life just happens that way and coincidentally you may wait at peak times more than others, me I'm happy to wait as the service is always great. Thank...
