Pausa Cafe — Restaurant in England

Great food, reasonable prices, super cakes! Service very very slow. One person serving at busiest time. Huge queue! Serving person slow moving. Same in Bromborough cafe. Lovely staff just need to speed up and get two serving. Business would flow faster if so. Been in queue, three ahead of me for 20 minutes! After queuing only one baked potato left. Then server interrupted by another staff member for a pen. One tweak to serving or training and this would give great customer satisfaction. Food lovely,...

Well breakfast eggs(omelette) was stone cold. Toast was seed bread and they call it brown bread and the bacon tasted like it had been cooked in old fat. The hottest thing on the plate was the beans. We will not be going to this cafe again a specialy on for breakfast. I did complain all that was said was sorry did not offer us anything else not even to warm the food....

Been going to this cafe for a number of years. Food has always been consistently good. However the staff today were particularly rude and unprofessional.
