Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Usually I have no issues with this Costa, the staff are lovely the drinks are hot and the orders are correct, however today was a different ordeal all together, if you visit please just drive through! To stop and sit outside in the seating area is a fiasco, you are not aloud to sit at any table until you have bought your drinks, so if there are a small family of you, you have to either stand and wait to be served inside and then once paid move outside to a vacant table or send one person inside to order and pay for your drinks whilst the rest of you stand huddled together with no social distancing in place outside until the payee gets back outside with your drinks then you can sit at a table!?! Now in most circumstances I'm sure this is fine but as a party of four, two being physically disabled, 1 struggling with mental health issues and a 3 year old child in tow in due you can imagine this was actually quite a traumatic coffee stop, so apologies to the staff as I know this is how you have to roll but I can not give more than 3 stars for what is normally 5 star service!! I have been comming here since it opened and enjoyed comingbut this last18 months the place has gone downhill were can i start?one asks well start from the fixtures and fittings above dusty dirty , tables always full of used cups you have to ask the staff to clear tables even wipe them so you can sit down there isnt even nappkins available only if you ask for them,the servic its absolutly awful the place is under staffed the staff them selfs are misrable and havent got a clue hoe to make a coffe shall i go on?You get my felling the place needs shutting down re done cleaned new staff new attitutes and as for the chairs !!!well burn them its the best solution you cant expect to take the money from your customers and give nothink back as for my self i will not be returning until the whole think is refurbished .THINK AGAIN COSTA THIS THE WORST ONE IN CHESTER people dont go you will...

Visited here whilst on a shopping trip,Ordered a caramel latte with reg milk and a latte with Almond milk as I don't use reg milk! Wen drinks arrived at table,we started to drink wen I realised my drink was not almond milk latte!!!! The batista had got mixed up and gave me a latte with reg milk and my husband and caramel latte with Almond milk!!! Wen returning them to try explain, the girl serving just said to my hubby rather he try to explain she'd just make more to just tell her what we actually wanted!!!! Very unprofessional as wasn't interested in wot had happened at all, or how it cud affect us drinking milk!!!! We had the correct coffees nxt time round but no real appologies for me having milk wen I only drink almond milk!!!!
