Being a manager myself I'm often asked who I think is the best for customer service in my eyes and I've lost count on how many friends I've told about Nike with its exceptional service but there is a new boy in town and it's called Tim!
I opted for drive through as I was talking the kids to see some donkeys and go to play football in a park. From the moment I arrived I was given a menu by a polite fella and directed to the drive in queue where there were some lovely ladies directing me forward, the order was taken and a nice quirky fella gave me my food....... Yes my order was slightly wrong which I didn't find out till I got to said destination and tried to find the number to let them know (no contact number available?). Not to let it get me down I ate what I got and on our way home visited again and spoke to the shift manager who I complemented on having such great happy staff and this time they had just got my order wrong, he was understanding and resolved the issue in a instant, gave me my correct order and gave the kids some little donuts. (In the past I've spoken to managers that get their backs up and make you feel like you shouldn't have bothered talking to them and even walked off on me in the past (I was nothing but polite and not affaid to mention this was only next door in McDonald's and when I complained about how rude he was customer service did nothing, this wouldn't happen in Tim Hortons I'm sure of it!), McDonald's up your anti as Tim is going to take alot of business away.
Anyway the food was great and the iced capp was great too but did give me brain freeze š.
Would I recommend..... Absolutely you can't beat great customer service and this will make me return as well as tell my friends about the experience, yeah got order wrong but it's a new team learning their way and mistakes happen what made it right was the resolution and great manager who is obviously leading his team very very well.

First off, their online delivery through the various apps is a joke - they never get the order right. There's always something wrong or missing.
The drive through is tolerable, so long as you have your wits about you and watch, then check your order as it's often wrong.
Finally, the in-store experience is rarely any better. The order pedestals are a must if you want to see the full menu as the digital displays don't cover everything, especially for vegetarian options...plus the staff often ignore you if you try and order via the tills anyway. Again, the orders are often mixed up and wrong. The staff seem pleasant, so I can't work out if it's ineptitude, apathy or a wanton disregard for any kind of good customer experience.
When the food order is correct (very rare) and the hot food is served hot (not often), then it can be a pleasant experience, but that rarely happens. This review is a result of multiple experiences over at least a year... I always hope they'll improve, but they rarely do.
Tim Horton's is one for disappointing, incorrect and painfully over-priced food and drink. Honestly, you're better...

I went back again on 1st November 2021 with my other daughter and my granddaughter and got 2 chicken tenders meal deals with lattice fries and a childs chicken tenders meal with a fruit shoot for my 2 Yr old granddaughter. Arrived and we sat down to discover we had no lattice fries only limp, pale hash Brown's, no fruit shoots or sauces, went up to to ask why we hadn't got what I'd ordered to be told they hadn't got lattices, fruit shoots or sauces in stock and told to get her a pop out of the fridge! And given sweet chilli as that's all they'd got !!!!!! When I said I wouldn't be returning again the server said "that's up to you innit!" rude staff who really don't care about the customers. As I said I won't be returning to be ripped off again. Tried to contact customer services, Now after several months of them asking for my complaint and me sending it several times I am now being ignored! Absolutely disgusting customer service DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, go elsewhere. Spoken to other people who have had the same bad experience, somebody even had bad stomach pains after...
