Pepe's — Restaurant in England

First time ordering from here. Ordered from Uber Eats. Places my order at 7:41pm ordered 3 meals, 1 on its own and 1 side estimated delivery times was 8:20-8:40pm. At 8:40pm order hasn’t arrived which then I rang up the takeaway. Lady who picked up, apologised and has told me my order should arrive in the next 15minutes the driver just left. Order didn’t arrive and I rang up again at 9:01pm the same lady picked up and has told me the driver has left my food, he just picked it up now and is out for delivery again, told me to wait 10minutes. At 9:16 I rang back again to see where is my order which I was told the driver is not picking up and they will place an order for me again which will take another 30minutes to be cooked and delivered. 9:58pm my order had arrived, the driver didn’t say hello or even sorry for the delay. 2 hours and 20 minutes it took for my order to come. Placed an order with pepes, Blackburn for our iftar. It was a very large order, purposely made no other food at home. Firstly the order came late and secondly almost every time was missing. We received 5 items out of 10. Chips and drinks with meals were all missing. We received only one can of Pepsi. No chips with anything. 5 whole meals missing, side orders missing, barely any of it arrived. I called and complained and was absolutely gob smacked at how rude the workers were. They told us nothing could be done and all we should do is request a refund. We had near to no food to open our fast purely because we were relying on our takeout. I argued that someone should come and deliver the food that was missing as I have diabetic parents who needed to eat. They spoke in the back saying “she’s going mad” but made no effort to try and solve our issue. They even terminated the call while I was speaking! Absolutely disgusted!! If I could give a minus 1...

Very poor service and food quality, had to wait 30 minutes for my order when there was only one other customer in and not many takeaway orders and more than plenty of staff, secondly the food was appauling, the week before it was same i thought it was a one off last week but this time is was awful too, dont know whats happened but its just gone terrible. Chicken burger ordered mango and lime got the spiciest chicken i ever had in my life instead, order gourmet burger, it was burnt to the point that it was charring, this was a issue last time too, this time though the meat smelt horrible like rotten meat, never ordering this menu item again, when i came i had to clean my own table as nobody was cleaning up even with plenty of staff, this was horrible experience, wont be returning...
