Phat Burger — Restaurant in England

Lunch time food far better than evening orders. I've tried this place twice, once at lunch and once for dinner.

Lunch was better, my partner and I enjoyed our food. The chicken burger I had was lovely. The loaded chips were good too, along with a super tasty shake! It was a treat so a one off lunch seemed fine.

We have a close friend who also ordered from this place often for lunch who raves about the food.

We came together a few weeks back, had that friend and another down in Bristol, as a treat ordered a meal between us for the evening. Our order was wrong, missing burgers. My chicken burger was overcooked and toppings were missing, at least it was there though. When my friends burgers finally arrived, they didn't seem too impressed either. Overcooked as well and the packaging was soaked through with grease. The shakes were watery with no attempt at thickening. Not what we had expected from what we had received from them before.

We had a good laugh at it all but ultimately left disappointed considering the cost. Perhaps is was a bad night for them. We may try again in the future and hopefully the quality control will...

Very disappointed, ordered two halloumi burgers , 2x dirty fries, a beef slider and 3x milkshakes 2 Nutella and 1 biscoff - once we got the food home, 2 of the burger buns were black chargrill 🤮 . The portion of cheesy dirty fries we’re smaller than the original dirty fries and was barley anything to them! The extras in the halloumi burger - such as mushroom, have been reduced since the 1st time we purchased food, this was disappointing as it was something we were looking forward to. The beef slider was in actual fact pathetic - any child would still be hungry - not to mention we didn’t receive the carton drink included. The milkshakes were quite literally made with what tastes like a version of nesquick as they just tasted like flavoured milk! Two which of these should’ve been free - which was confirmed over the phone due to the Friday night offer - we in actual fact paid for them! Not one thing purchased this evening looked like it does upon the Facebook page whilst being advertised! We spent £44 on food that was burnt, ridiculously portion sized and have been ripped right off. We shalt...

Me and hubby ordered for the first time tonight after seeing a friend rave about them. Both ordered single beef burgers with bacon and cheese, but I added fried onions too. Was hard to tell which was which as there were hardly any onions on mine lol! It was okay, bit dry and not a whole lot of taste (definitely had better). We both ordered chicken and bacon dirty fries, no bacon on them at all just lumps of dry chicken with no sauce but the stuff mixed in the chicken. Chips were okay though. The worst part of the meal was the pulled pork Mac n cheese, the pork was dry and none of it had any flavour whatsoever... There was no taste of cheese! It was SO bland.

For £40 it wasn't worth it as most went in the food bin. Way over priced for the quality and certainly didn't look like the photo's posted over social media.
