Philps — Restaurant in England

I don’t like leaving reviews but I left fuming. This is the second time this lady serving sandwiches has been so rude to me, I have to leave a review which is sad as I love philips food always have. I’m local to Hayle grew up on the area and eat at Philips a couple of times a week. I normally go to the one on the quay but decided to go to foundry hill for a tiger bap. The lady who served me should not be dealing with the public. She clearly hates her job and hates customers coming in. I asked for a tiger bap to be made she looked at me like a piece of rubbish on her shoe spoke to me rudely and condescending. This is the second time she has done this and I know others who have said the same thing. I won’t go into this branch again. It’s the the lady with blond hair and middle aged so rude. Really gives the wrong impression...

Always running out of meat patties- 2 years ago. I've been told countless times this one is no where near as good as the other branches, but came again regardless. It was a hit day and they had fresh cream apple turnovers on the counter. I got my meat patty but it wasn't well made or cooked. It was practically raw. OH had a past and the pastry wasn't cooked...

Pasties were tasty, well seasoned and well cooked. Staff went above and beyond to cater for my children. However the distribution of the pasty wasn’t to my taste this time, I tried both the chicken and the meat on both occasions was in a single clump in the side of the pasty. Some people may like that but I prefer to have the meat in the middle to enjoy...
