Pizza Delight — Restaurant in England

Used to love pizza delight...MY FIRST EVER COMPLAINT to a takeaway EVER! All have been wrong lately! Never called to moan before but when I did I didn't get the response that a customer should have ! Never get the extras you ask for. E.g extra coleslaw...well done pitta .. this and that seperate... missing chips ect. This time Ordered a large kabab to share so order 2 pitta breads. Order came... no extra pitta.( bearing in mind there 2minutes away) Called to tell them.. all the guy said 'oh oh oh yeah the extra pitta' I said I wouldn't mind but we wanted 2 to share. And he said 'well you didn't pay for it'... I dont no how I didn't when i asked for it and paid what they asked! They just dont have any customer service. Will definitely not be ordering from here again ! .... so RUDE ! Even if they had said sorry if you could collect it I'll make you one asap I'd have been more than...

The food here cannot be faulted!! Unless human error when either taking or placing an order. Ie mis heard something. If you get what you ordered, which is 99.999% of the time, you cannot fault the food or service. Their pricing has always remained affordable and even delivery is the cheapest around. Deliveries are sent out in nearly half the time they estimate and your food is always still hot when it arrives. I don’t want to bug them up too much of course because then us regulars may indeed have to wait a little bit longer for our deliveries!! But you know what? They run such a smooth take away that if orders increased in a big way, they’d quickly get new driver signed up. That’s just how the owners work. You won’t be...

hello friends i would definately recommend this restorat everything is excellent revolving pizzas and kebabs are great and this is the best work place according to this restaurant and you know that cleaning is very important this place is absolutely very clean and the most important point is not to cut the machine with the hand knife and to do the most difficult they are working and the buddha is making it more delicious so for us we have to say it is really nice to have friendly staff After eating the chicken burger here, I don't get the same...
