Every time I come into this place , I always ask for filter coffee, and I always get the same response is that they don't have it on, so I can't serve it . What is this all about , I am sure as I am the customer, you should be giving me what I am asking for as I am the paying customer. I think the only reason they don't like to provide this is because its cheaper and they want you to pay more for your coffee and can't be arsed to get it ready. The lady who served me was so bad at customer service and was obviously not happy that I had asked her for a filter coffee. Starbucks customer service is way better in America, and then here In England, nothing is ever to much trouble in America. No wonder Starbucks is losing money for this bad service and overpriced food, u wouldn't mind spending your money if the service was good but every time is always too much trouble, this is the problem when you employe people who don't want to be there on low wages and just look like they have...

Asked a staff member to turn off the air conditioning or At least turn the temperature up as my self and other customers where complaining that it was freezing cold. The manager appeared and said they had no control over it but maybe be able to turn the temperature up. He disappeared and nothing changed.. so asked a young lad if I can speak to the manager again. The assistant manger turned up I explained the situation and so Did other people but she did not listen and was told she knows how her air conditioning works and can not be changed. Well this is not true as we asked a week ago or so and the lady done something to control the temperature. God knows how she had become an assistant manger with no communication skills.. extremely rude and unprofessional.
The ladyās that I was sitting next to said they will be making a complaint to head office and so will I be and not returning...

After purchasing a drink that was Ā£3 more so that we can get a limited addition free cup, the lady put it through the system and put that it came with no cup but chose not to mention it to the customer. The same drink can be ordered without sprinkles and a āfree cupā for Ā£3 less, after asking can we have the cup the lady said she had run out.
Why not take down the multiple posters advertising a free exclusive cup with a new drink if you have run out or at the very least mention it to the customer as you can customise a frappe order and not pay extra for a cup...
