Pizza Hut Leigh On Sea — Restaurant in England

I don’t even know where to start… the girl who answered the phone has no telephone manners or manners in general. When the phone was answered, I actually thought I called the wrong number. She was so rude and made it sound like I was an inconvenience calling. I have collected from here before to find who I believe is the manager sitting on the floor…in the kitchen… with her back to the wall on her phone…not only is that incredibly unprofessional it is definitely very unhygienic and unnecessary. The language she used whilst having customers in store was more than unacceptable and the way she was speaking to other members of staff was nothing but disgusting from her and embarrassing for them. I have had no problems with any delivery drivers when ordering, they have always been respectful and friendly…just seems to be the staff answering the phone and whoever it is that sits on the floor…the food is okay but it’s not worth it if you have to put up with that kind of...

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. The staff are ok but they need some kind of management to get their act together. Having waited a hour past the time that was said for delivery we were disappointed. The delivery chap was nice but the pizza was all squashed to the box removing the cheese and toppings. There was blond hair on the pizza I am red so it wasn’t me. Hubby don’t have any hair. Items were missing and they were just so busy that they can’t get anyone back to us. But we can drive to them to collect the items. So what would the point of delivery be then. We don’t like any other Pizza company. Dominos , papa John’s and pizza go go are nothing on Pizza Hut. Avoid this Pizza Hut. On several occasions, I found hair in my pizza. I called up, and spoke with a bloke who said he was the chef, and offered me a refund. Refund never came through. Called again, and was told this bloke would call me back. Call back never happened. I contacted customer services via email, who thinks refunding one meal is a 'gesture of good will'... for a damaged product, and then have the audacity to assume I am returning to this Pizza Hut.
