Pizza Hut Telford — Restaurant in England

I've rated this branch a 1 as it wont allow me a zero. We ordered 2 pizzas and a side a week ago and the delivery person couldn't find us. Not overly hard to find, mot couriers, royal mail and pizza hut delivery guys find us ok however this driver didn't. He called us and he was literally a 5 minute walk away so in car would take 1min. Wrong, took 18. We called pizza hut del in trench up, and spoke to a very awkward person who wasn't really listening. Eventually the understood the food was cold and/or our complaint. We were offered a fresh pizza but would take a hour n half as it's busy OR we can have the whole order again another night free. We chose the second option and they have us a reference code. Don't worry the code is stored again our address and it's in he complaints book. 3 days later we decide to use our free meal and called them. The young lady who answered explained she was the acting manager as all the others were at a conference, however as she was from another store she couldn't access the complaints book nor our records. Not happy with this she said she would call the manager whose in at 8 or if I wanted I can call back at 8. I asked her to. We eventually some 45 mins later called back to say, the manager wouldn't authorise the free meal without speaking to the one who offered it to us, but as a good will gesture we can have a tenner off any order but if we did we would have to pay the difference to make it up for delivery free. However this would replace the free meal OR call back Saturday. We've called back today and a guy claiming to be the original manager who offered us the free meal denied offering it. Now our issue here is the guy who we are now speaking to sounds way different both accent and ethnicity to the original. However still claims they offered on a tenner. Lies. We demanded te store manager to call us back and was promised 25mins. 3 hours later still waiting. Avoid at all costs as they are only interested in you spending money when it's...

Called the shop as the delivery service status hadn’t changed on just eat. Spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE boy called Tod! Apparently Tod is the shift manager… Wow, not very high standards if he is the manager.. I was very polite, asking if the food had been waiting a while as he was blaming the delivery driver, which was fine, and that I could understand not being him to blame, however he wouldn’t let me speak and just spoke at me! Not listening or even wanting to listen! I asked if the food had been sitting long and he basically stated it’s not his problem or the restaurant for that matter. Now correct me if I’m wrong but the business are responsible for serving great service and good cooked warm food? Yes the delivery service let him down but he would not help me and said if you have an issue take it up with just eat. Didn’t try to be nice or even reason with me (the customer). Iam in no way affiliated with Pizza Hut, I live 10 minutes drive from the Trench shop we have a pizza from here once a month when we get paid . Not sure what all the negative vibes are about this particular take away are but we have consistently had good freshly made hot pizza . The guy who always seems to answer the phone also cooks and takes payment when you get there to collect I believe his name is Tono ? He seems a top bloke as well as all the other staff I have made contact with . Most of the moans seem to be about late and cold deliveries ? Well do what we used to do get in your own car and collect it it’s not rocket science . Don’t think that when you place your order at 7.30 PM on a Saturday night that you are the only person doing so, more than likely the drivers are rushed off there feet . Trouble is a lot of people want to do everything off there phone and not move a muscle, don’t let the negative reviews put you off help the store out by collecting your order plus you will get collection deals so everyone is happy,...
