Pizza Hut — Restaurant in England

Totally useless. Girl on the phone took my order, sounded like she was on another planet. Wasn't surprised when my order never arrived, 50 minutes later I called back and asked where it was-"its down for collection", "oh right, that's why I gave you all my address details" -no apology, pizza turned up ten minutes later, clearly having been put back in the Oven, called back and spoke to "the manager" , guy sounded like he couldn't run a bath let alone a pizza delivery service,still no apology. Had to ring head office and wait two weeks for refund, totally useless...

Ordered at 1830. Payment taken in full over the phone. 2000 no sign of food. Rang numerous times to find out what was happening. No answer. Finally managed to get through just before 2100. Advised order couldn't be delivered. Refund could not be arranged via the store. The person I spoke to claimed they tried to call to advise. Absolute lie. Appalling lack of service. £40 paid for nothing. Still no idea when the refund will...

Strange how the reviews are so variable but can only go on personal experience. Staff are friendly; Food is always good quality; we've had a couple of mixups but when I call to explain, such as today, they rectify with no qualms.
