Pizza Hut — Restaurant in England

Total disappointment. Food initially came on time but the 2 sides were wrong. Phoned up and guy on the phone was polite, apologised and said the correct sides would be 15 minutes, waited an hour still no sides. Phoned again and said would be 3 mins. Didn't come for about another 20 mins. Meanwhile one of the pizzas was fine but the other was so oily, literally smelt of oil and all you could taste was oil! Waited till today because sometimes pizza tastes better the next day, it tastes even worse just pure oil. We literally nearly spent £30 and were given the total run around. We wasn't offered anything for our trouble and definitely won't be ordering from here again. Dominoes is 10 times better. All together Was about 2 hours from ordering that we finally got the last of our order. Was supposed to be treat night from our diet and was a total waste...

Very poor customer service. We ordered two large pizzas along with side orders, spent around £45. After taking a bite of my first slice, I had to pull out a long hair from my mouth. After ringing and complaining, we were told they were not going to replace the pizza as we couldn't return a whole pizza despite me only taking one slice. After having to argue my point to the manager on the other side of the phone they sent out a replacement to which we gave back the old pizza with the hair in a envelope clearly so they could see. We were told a manager was to contact us back the next day and nothing has come of it. Very upset. Will not be ordering...

Went in to order some food. First was told what was advertised in the window wasn’t on the menu anymore- it was. Managed to place my order. After half an hour sat waiting in an empty shop I rang the bell 4 times- no response. Someone finally came- my pizzas were ready-cold-sat on the top of the oven. They said sorry that there was only 2 staff members on yet there was no other orders and the lady had headphones in so couldn’t hear me ringing the bell. She even had the audacity to give me a dirty look when I mentioned it to...
