REfUSE — Restaurant in England

Good food! Nice atmosphere. This is a Freeman enterprise, so it offers ethically sourced vegetarian dishes prepared freshly on site, not forgetting some interesting cakes. The menu changes daily according to what produce has been donated to REfUSE and, apart from barista drinks that come with set prices, customers pay what they feel the meal is worth. Staffed by volunteers who are friendly and very helpful. Some of the tables are arranged to offer cosy corners, and the café has a children's play area too. It isn't noisy! This is an environmentally friendly café which isn't shy about declaring it's purpose, but there is nothing "hair shirt"...

Lovely place, some of the food you can tell has been reheated if you come a little later in the morning.

Staff are always super nice and even though they're set prices for drinks I think they are priced better than most other places. This time was the first time seeing they had a little veg and bread section which was the same as the food you order where you pay as you feel. Great idea.

I feel like the venue could definitely host more events if staff and ideas are suggested, would be good to see more from this place and also other...

Great food brilliant value for money and the staff are amazing. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Food of very good quality and excellent customer service. If you don't have much money then you can also pay with your time if you have a skill or even wash the dishes. They never turn anyone away especially if you don't have anything or homeless.
