Ritoz — Restaurant in England

At first glance, Ritoz looks like your typical American fast-food joint, but the food here is much more than that. Here’s my experience with a few of their dishes:

Burger The burger was made with fresh ingredients, and the beef patty was juicy and tender, not overcooked or dry. The simple toppings complemented the patty well, and the melted cheese added a rich texture. Overall, the bite was very satisfying. Fried Chicken The fried chicken was perfectly golden and crispy. The outer layer had a great crunch, while the inside remained tender and juicy. The seasoning was flavorful but not overly salty or greasy. Milkshake The milkshake was generously portioned, thick, creamy, and smooth. It was the perfect sweetness and a great way to finish off the meal. Grill Platter This was the biggest surprise for me. The grill platter had an authentic Middle Eastern flavor, with the aroma of the grilled meats and the depth of the seasoning standing out. It was an unexpected yet outstanding addition to what seemed like a mostly American menu.

Service and Price The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, offering excellent customer service. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality. Despite the restaurant being a bit far from where I live, it’s definitely worth the drive, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to spots.

Shocking customer service! Went in to order, and the server saw me and walked away just to have a chat with the others. They pointed and told him to serve me. I then gave my order for the guy to read it back to me and get it wrong. Explained again what I wanted and yet again, took it down wrong. Corrected him again and was told it’d be a 10 minute wait. No problem. Called up 10 minutes later for him to have yet again, got the order wrong. Then started to tell me I told him wrong. Someone who knew what he was doing then came over and fixed the issue.

Absolutely brilliant service and food from Ritoz - I can't recommend them enough. I have ordered several meals from here and have had consistently tasty food. I've had a few different items such as the spicy dipped burger🥵(must try) and the buffalo wings and they're always fantastic, the portion sizes are massive and proper!:) Good value for money. After struggling to find a good takeaway, finally! I have tried several different takeaway and consistency is a huge problem in Stockport. No problems with Ritoz.
