Absolutely shocking service!

My wife and I were in a hurry as we had to pick up our children from nursery.

With this in mind, I went in early and ordered our food. Three times I told the gentlemen our order and asked him if he could please put it on now and we would be there in 5 minutes after finishing our drinks next door. The gentleman obviously did not speak good English. He initially thought we wanted a take the food away. I explained for the 4th time we were sitting in and pointed to the table we would sit at. I even paid up front so we could get the food cooking. We only had 1 hour until our children needed to be picking up.

We went in 10 minutes later and sat down. After 5 minutes at the table they bought out a take away bag. I explained that I had said 4 times that we wanted to eat in. The other gentleman who worked there who may have been the manager was very rude.

They then put the food into dishes and eventually bought our food meaning we had to rush it. They didn't take our drinks order and refused to pack away our dips as we couldn't finish them.

They then had the cheek to bring an additional bill of around £15. What for? Terrible service, no drinks order and refusal to let us take away the food.

I said I would meet him half way as the service was terrible. I don't care about the money it was principle at this point. The guy then very rudely and aggressively said forget it and patronisingly said " if money is so important to you then don't pay the extra." Don't forget we had already paid the full bill upfront and had no drinks so this charge was purely for eating in.

The guy then told me not to come back! Do not worry, none of my friends or family will come...

Booked a table for 10 people, service was very slow and staff very rude and unenthusiastic. Once seated at our table the waiter wondered off rather than taking a drinks order. We then had to ask a waiter to take a drinks order after waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks order. We then ordered our starters and had to wait around 45 minutes for this. They brought out the wrong starters for about half the table and had no idea who was having what. The mains then came. Once again they brought the wrong food. When my sister told them she hadn’t ordered what she was given the waiter then argued with her and told her she was wrong for around 5 minutes after being reminded who was paying by another member of our party he grudgingly brought out the right dish.

This place was the worst curry house I’ve ever been to and deserves to be closed down. You couldn’t pay me to eat with them rude waiters again. I’d leave a zero...

Went here for my Mrs birthday meal and fathers day (both on same day) and was really disappointed with it all, the food was 4/10 at best, very greasy and oily and 80% of the chicken dishes come on the bone.. Charged £6 for 6 poppadoms n afew red onions..told them it was my Mrs birthday while booking the table ad also mentioned it on arrival and they didn't do anything alittle extra for us which we have become custom to at many other restaurants over the years, We went for the Sunday offer of 5 courses for 11 pound which a member of staff told us they taken it off as it was fathers day... So basically it was triple the cost... Out of the 5 members of staff only one smiled and that was only when I was paying the bill.. All I'm all or cost £70 for a meal neither of us really enjoyed... Won't be...
