Food turned up 10 mins late no big deal right ? However the order had leaked Juice and fluid from the bags containing the chicken all over the rest of the order because those bags had been ripped. The whole order was a bag of mush. The Olivia salad is a green salad and the picture on the website is of an Olivia salad however the description is of a garden salad confusing ? A small green salad is what you will receive if you order an Olivia salad the child’s meal is a mixture of catering grade chicken nuggets that had been bathed in the leaking liquid from the chicken in the torn bags packed above. I’m sorry if this sounds like I’m being fussy but this food that was delivered to my home tonight was not something I would present to my family as a meal I might feed it to my dog as he would not care about the presentation but this is not good enough and is not representative of the service and quality the website suggests that you might receive. I’m very sad to say this is the first and last time I will use this takeaway and I’m also sad to say when I telephoned the restaurant to report my findings they were argumentative and dismissive and didn’t seem to what to resolve the matter in a way that would be mutually satisfactory. The person I spoke to also seemed misinformed of the just eat refund policy and was giving out the wrong information. The driver returned to collect the order at our request ,and we did refuse the restaurants offer to resend the order as our confidence after the conversation regarding the original complaint in the restaurant had been damaged beyond repair .The restaurant did refund after a short time and this is a positive. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering as you'd clearly see the dissatisfaction in many many other customers who have been unfortunate enough to encounter this 'cowboy' run "restaurant/takeaway".

I initially call up to check up on my order as it was coming up to the hour mark, 1st guy on the phone went blabbing on about how he has been sat outside the address for 30 mins and numerous miss calls to my phone? I have 4 bars of signal and been using my phone with no missed calls.. anyway he can re deliver the food for an extra £2 (but also mentioned it will be the same food.. the same food that's been in the car for 30 mins probably cold now but he will re heat it?) It later transpired this was not my order but someone' else's.. I feel sorry for that person!

After finally arriving.. they miss the crucial part of a meal.. the fries.. so I call up 2nd guy picks up and just replies with, ILL HAVE TO REFUND YOU THEN.. there was no apology or any form of responsibility. It gets better because I started to question why he was rude he says "WHY YOU GETTING ALL BILLY BIG BOLL*S" he then decided to hang up after stating not to order from them ever again and he's been is business for 7 years? Ordered my food at 12pm when they opened said it would be here 12:45pm then 5 minutes later it was put forward to 1:15pm. Didn't turn up until 1:30pm after receiving my update at 1pm that my food was on its way. Opened my children's chicken kids meal and chips were cold chicken was tad pink in the middle. My wrap was cold no salad as requested and partners chicken burger was also cold to the touch. Probably as cold as the drinks that came with it and probably because the food had been driven around for 30mins in the car!! On arrival I stated that they we're late with my order to be told I requested that delivery time which was an out and out lie! I told them to either replace my order or collect it and refund me. They refused to refund me and refused to admit they lied. They offered no mutual resolution and was extremely rude on the phone. Just eat agreed they were in the wrong and that staff tried to lie to them too. Poor customer service poor food poor timing and poor me as reordered elsewhere. Totally wouldn't recommend to a friend and will certainly not be re ordering from them again. I'd recommend chicken and blues in winton instead of this poor attempt...
