Seniors Bispham — Restaurant in England

They do chicken at every other seniors but not bispham. The chips are always hard and undercooked and I've had food poisoning from the fish. Avoid the bispham store. And thank you for the response from the shop itself. I'm sad to hear that now NONE of your stores do chicken anymore. Very disappointing. And as for your other comments I find it very hard to believe that you in all those years have never had a complaint about food poisoning. Very hard in deed. You have mostly just out of school people running the bispham store. When the older gentleman is working on the fryer who has been working there for years and years then the food is good. I thought I’d try seniors today and was surprised how big the portions were, I thought the medium cod I bought was expensive at £8:45 but I was pleased at the size of it, when I got home I was excited because it all looked so good, The chips were undercooked and pale, they looked boiled not fried and the peas were a green paste with no visible peas in there and they were a bit starchy, my fish was disgusting, I can’t believe how overcooked it was it was hard and rubbery, I can’t understand why it was like that especially with it costing so much money, the man who fried it should be sacked. Good chippy but very expensive for the same food as every other chippy. They were the chippy to make a trip to in years gone by. But since they've been buying up every vacant food outlet, their costs get passed onto the customer for mediocre food. They have become too big for their boots in my opinion. Who pays £2.25 for a small portion of chips or £2 for a frozen deep fried sausage 🙄

I received a response from the owner stating that they do lots of meal deals and family deals that compensate for the price of lesser orders. I'm a community care worker and often need to eat quickly on the go. What use is a large or family meal deal to me?
