Pizza Hut Blackpool — Restaurant in England

Ordered meal for a specific delivery time. Had to ring the store and talk to manager who stated order was on system for following day. I asked for delivery after 5:30pm same day. Manager agreed to cook order at time of phone call 5:45pm. After 1hr waiting for delivery I rang the store to check. I lost count of the number of calls as it rang out with no answer. Got in touch with customer service and was advised they would contact store to resolve. At the 2hr mark I drove to the store to speak to the manager. She said food had been delivered by Uber driver and that maybe they stole the food! Offered refund via payment method which would not be instant so settled to wait for another 15-20mins for order to be cooked. I will be complaining through Pizza Hut channels after getting and eating my food 3hrs after requested...

Ordered for on line for 19.45 rang and rang no answer. Checked another store they didn't get back to me either.yet still took the money Absolutely abysmal customer service Someone needs sacking. Use dominoes might be a little dearer but at least they answer the phone and deliver. I'm sure they will have an excuse.1star is way too much

Never Have I been so disappointed in a Product in my life, Not cooked raw dough, we ordered extra fillings, and to be quite truthful there was no filling to speak of, this wasn't late it was 5.30pm I rang the Manager who after a while seemed to understand I was quite serious, there was a Half Price deal on even at half price it was nearly £10.00 so at full price of £19.00 something it would have been daylight robbery a load of raw dough n paper thin filling.
