Booked for the shurovi on the 28th had some good reviews. I'm afraid not our experience. Cold first starter, which they they quickly changed. Main meal waited to long for it. When the main meal did arrive they brought it out in stages about 3 to 5 minutes for each dish, which I didn't get. My wife's meal was not what she ordered by this time we had enough and asked for the bill. We paid a premium for eating in, but shurovi's main focus was on the takeaway side. Think the staff must of phoned in sick during customer service training day!! Food is amazing and the only reason we keep going back, the staff however are rude, they are miserable, the table service is shocking, you get ignored by the staff, trying to order more drinks in a nightmare, they don’t clear your table throughout the meal as they bring more stuff, took us 2.5 hours to get 3 courses last night and the place wasn’t even half full. Sadly this place has gone completely downhill. We have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. Last night we went to Shurovi and to be honest the whole experience was terrible. The waiters removed our cutlery and glasses from our table meaning we had to ask for them to be replaced the food was basically inedible due to the amount of salt prawns overcooked curry tasteless but salty the rice was so overcooked it had probably been left over from the day before.
