Me and my family of 6 come to the skyline bar for lunch as we visited Legoland today for my sons 4th birthday we spent £100 on our food order 6 meals and 1 side the 2 adults meals the side and the kids meal arrived at the table we then waited 10 minutes for the other 3 children’s food to arrive which it didn’t I asked a waiter if she knew if it would be much longer she said she would find out and never returned I then waited another 10 minutes before I approached the bar to ask the manager if she knew what was happening with my 3 children’s meals she asked me 4 times which table I was sat at in the space of 2 minutes I answered the first 3 times and pointed to the table and my family that was sat at it she then asked a 4th time to which I slightly raised my voice and pointed to the table stating THAT ONE as I thought she must of been hard of hearing she then rudely raised her voice at me stating she’s not dealing with us she’s calling security my partner then went over to ask about the kids food and she even apologised she rudely raised her voice at my partner and said I’m not dealing with you I have other customers to deal with you will have to wait for security! Security arrived with a manager of some sorts that was not willing to listen to my side of the story they could not produce my receipt so wouldn’t not give me a refund on our order wasted 2:30 hours of our times made me out to be a thug and said I was swearing etc when I never swore at any member of staff at all! They all made me and my family out to be the problem and Jennifer the manager dealt with this very poorly and is a totally poor manager they couldn’t not even give me a receipt and want to check cctv to figure out what I had actually ordered! I ordered on a tablet device on the table so not sure how that will work…we showed them our bank statement and the £100 transaction but still not willing to refund us and told it will be investigated still not giving us the 3 kids meals either I will be taking this further and if the owner of the place wants to contact me please do! I’d be glad to discuss this further in fact I would really love to! No way to treat a paying customer in a family place another member of staff shouted at my mother in law also for using a door that was unlocked but shouldn’t of been used a customer even stopped my mother in law as they was leaving saying that was rude of her to shout at her for it the door should of been locked if not in use or put a sign up but no once again the customers to blame! I really do hope Jennifer and her members of staff that was involved are addressed on the situation being a third party establishment on Legoland resort it says it all really and they are letting the rest of...
Read moreThis place was absolutely disgraceful. Overpriced and food was absolutely awful. Price would have been absolutely fine if the food was even the littlest bit tasty. We ordered a chicken salad and a pizza, the salad had corn in which wasn’t in the description. Which wouldn’t have been a problem but after we asked for it to be replaced we were completely ignored throughout the rest of the Meal. The pizza was left on the table behind us for 10 minutes and it was only after we realised it was there we grabbed it ourselves. The base of the pizza smelt damp and mouldy, we would have spoke to the Waitress about the pizza but we were ignored the rest of the meal. Tables around us were asked how their food was and plates cleared away when meals were done. Our plates were there the whole time and not once were we asked how our food was or approached at all. For microwaved, cardboard rubbish !? Only we had never been here before we would never have ordered. In fact, the second night of our stay, we got an Uber into town, 5yo had a happy meal, parents ate a full size freshly made burger at Honest Burger, Thames Street, which was amazing, 1x pint each and an Uber back.
