So we arrived at 10.30pm, no problem. All was fine until we finished the main course when without asking they just thought us the bill! Can we have dessert or coffee please? No! came the answer we are closed now. So slightly surprised and a little annoyed we offered to pay by card. They then told us we couldn't pay by card as it was after 11pm! Begrudingly they finally accepted our card payment. Now, we are not trouble makers or causing any hassle to anyone but I feel they just gave us the bare minimum, took our money and chucked us out. You are never treated as a number or as money in the till but you are treated as a person, someone who is either ordering a takeaway or to sit in to enjoy a night out. Food is always excellent, cooked to perfection and the prices are very reasonable. If when we have ordered a takeaway the guys chat to you, they get to know you which not only makes you feel inviting but it makes the waiting time pass quicker for your food.
