Went with my wife and 2 young kids for lunch. You have to pay when ordering. Idiot customer climbed all over my wife to plug his phone into the wall. Refused to apologise, instead starting shouting abuse at her. We decided to leave and asked for refund. Refund was refused. Told them to kick out abusive customer instead. This was also refused.
