We have consistently appreciated the exceptional service provided by your staff, who have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. However, I have recently observed a concerning decline in staff morale within the past eight months. I firmly believe that this decline is a direct result of inadequate management. Recently, I was shocked to learn that your staff are no longer permitted to enjoy a decent cup of coffee. Instead, they are now being subjected to filter coffee. This decision appears particularly unjust, especially considering the already challenging circumstances faced by your staff, including low pay, excessive workloads, and a lack of recognition. As regular customers who visit your store twice a day, we have witnessed firsthand the staff’s dedication and hard work. Their efforts are invaluable to the success of your business. We can confidently assert that the current staff members are the face of your company, especially when interacting with customers and the general public. Their demeanour, communication skills, and adherence to company values have a significant impact on your brand’s reputation. Regrettably, we believe that the current treatment of your staff is detrimental to their morale, productivity, and the overall success of your company. When employees feel undervalued, disrespected, or ignored, their motivation diminishes. As a result, they tend to perform at a suboptimal level, compromising the sense of pride and dedication that is essential for the company’s continued growth.

The few staff there such lovely they even know my name and evertine when I get there they just said straight usual today and that is it. But today the girl over the counter with glasses has such a miserable face. She looks like she doesn’t work there really. She left my ticket somewhere by the counter and the other girl didn’t even know about my order and she keep serving the other people who came after me. Read moreI entered the starbucks franchise store on a calming tuesday afternoon and i was greeted by the hearty looking fellow donning a bright green apron, a hand written name tag and a bright smile. This gentleman was quick to greet both me and my guest. His gentle, curly fringe swayed over his eyebrows as he looked at us with a welcoming smile. his tall stature of 6ft 2 was slightly overwhelming but comforting, as a cub to its mother. I believe his angelic aura was sent to me by god himself as a wooden horse to infiltrate my heart. Ps. the chocolate waffle cone delight and the mocha mountain were exquisite for such a welcoming stay at Starbucks castle point.
