Wow, wow & WOW!
Tonight we were invited to create some content for Stefan & Ramona (Owners) of the taste sensation Stripped Brasserie and I can assure you that it absolutely did not disappoint.
Walking through the door you immediately feel a very chilled vibe, great atmosphere and most importantly ably a very warm welcome from Stefan.
Having looked at the menu we decided to ask Stefan for his personal recommendations which he was more than happy to offer and this is where it REALLY got interesting, excuse me for a second whilst I just try and stop myself salivating at just the thought of the food again!
A starter created, designed by Ramona completely from her imagination we tucked in to the flatbread which is topped with Camembert, honey roasted walnuts and crispy bacon before having another squirt of honey for good measure, WOW!
Genuinely, this starter has to be in the TOP 5 of any dish I have EVER tasted and is a must when you come and visit! The second starter we shared were garlic infused prawns tossed in butter, I mean come on? Are your taste buds not doing star jumps already?
On to the main event whilst our taste buds are still trying to recover from the knockout starter!
Lamb chops? No, not just any Lamb chops, these are BIG, JUICY, SUCCULENT and perfectly cooked , locally sourced Lamb chops and I can promise you that you will be stunned at the value for money!
Whilst enjoying our feast Stefan asked if we would like to try a wine that was very special to him, not only was we happy to try the wine but we felt very privileged that Stefan shared a story with us from when he was a young 14yr old lad working in the vineyards picking grapes in Romania, the bottle of wine he proudly held in his hand was only a bottle of wine from the very vineyard that took him back to his childhood.
Stefan, Ramona, thank you! It was a pleasure to meet you both and thank you for inviting us to taste your mouth watering food and for making us feel not only welcome but apart of your journey for the night.
We look forward to visiting you again soon.

This little gem of a find is on the high street and easily accessible - with on street parking nearby. We were greeted on arrival by the very friendly and welcoming owner - who explained what each of the specials were. The menu isn't vast but there is an amazing selection and we opted for a selection of wonderful homemade dips as well as the prawn and chorizo starters. Our main courses (lamb kleftiko and pork chop with beans) were equally delicious but we regretted opting for the meze as well as starters, because we were too full to take advantage of the equally appealing sounding desserts. The restaurant has a lovely relaxed vibe, the chefs are visible on entering and all the staff are so very friendly and attentive - it's just a shame we were on holiday and didn't get a chance to return there. Highly recommended if you want top quality food in a lovely, well...
Read moreWe visited as tourists to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Staff were so friendly; our table wasn't quite ready but we were found a spot and given a free drink while we waited. Atmosphere was chilled Mediterranean vibes and the food was exquisite. My wife has a gluten intolerance and the kitchen staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating.
I had the prawns to start and they were delightful. Good level of chilli and garlic but the prawns were definitely still the star. My wife had the chorizo which came with GF toasted bread. Excellent flavour and great portion size on both.
We had the two lamb dishes for main; the grilled chops were well seasoned and not too dry at all. The kleftiko was so well seasoned and brilliantly cooked - fell off the bone but didn't fall apart.
Dessert was brownie for both of us and it was a good portion without being too heavy.
All in all would...
