Subway — Restaurant in England

Ordered sandwich with double meat, toasted and some cookies and a drink. When my food arrived. It was cold, not toasted, barely any fillings (so charged for double meat but had next to non in it. If I'm being really particular, half scoop of chicken and 1 rash of bacon was in the sandwich, I know it's sad I counted but it wasn't what I paid for)

My drink and cookies wasn't delivered either and when I called and asked about why it wasn't in with my sandwich they said that they cancelled it off my order, which I did not request, I asked if they could send it as I paid for it and they said "no it's not worth the hassle"

This is not the first time items were missing off my order. This hasn't just happened to me. Similar situation happened to a couple of my colleagues and they also had...

Very awkward everytime i go in there and overall weird and uncomfortable. I door dashed subway today to avoid the awkwardness of just standing there waiting and they got my order completely wrong. I just got cheese lettuce and cucumber as im a very picky eater and its simple. Ive ordered it alot and they are under the impression i am vegetarian. Only for them to put meatballs and godknows what else in my sandwich. It wasnt on the receipt or anything. I did a trial shift here once too and the men that work there were creepy as hell. They even locked me in there and left me sat there wondering what to do for about 20 mins. Wont be going there again and probably wont be ordering from there...

The staff I’ve visited in my experience at this store are so unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. I would not comment if it was just 1 experience but every time I’ve gone in I’ve felt the same. Not to mention the cancelled orders and poorly built sandwiches. If you want a subway, visit the one at glews garage. It’s a pity they don’t do...
