Taco Bell — Restaurant in England

been planning to come here a while now and as soon as we pulled up in the car park i said to my fiance that it looked pretty empty and theres normally a reason for that and its generally not because they are any good. we ordered on the app before going in and its buggy as hell, vouchers are impossible to use and it kept throwing me out the app saying that my device was rooted which is untrue, the reviews of the app are accurate.

someone else uploaded a picture of the toilet in this place a few months back and it doesnt look like its been cleaned since that time, it was disgusting, under the toilet seat was filthy and brown..........the floor littered with used tissues, stains all over the place......

and the food.......well.........i had nachos which the staff kindly dumped all of the sauce in a single corner............also had a burrito which was 90% wrap and 10% filling, another reviewer uploaded an image of the filling of their own burrito and this picture is very accurate. i also had a crunchwrap and of course i know that places like these provide food that looks absolutely nothing at all like the images they display, the burrito and nachos are already testament to that fact but the crunchwrap was an absolute joke........barely any meat at all and the first thing i said when i bit it was that it was mostly sauce and nothing else, second bite the same.......third bite a pattern was developing. there was a pathetic amount of meat - another reviewer has stated that it was mostly sauce, this is also accurate

we do not plan on visiting another taco bell in the uk again after our experience here, it was diabolical. ultimately the quality and quantity of food was very low and the place was absolutely filthy...........no wonder the place was...

As a first visit of this Taco Bell, from the outside it looked a pleasant eatery. On entering, first of all I noticed dirty tables, but still proceeded to view the menu before ordering. Only 2 of the 4 self-service were available to use. After deciding on the Volcano Burrito Box I proceeded to order. The Volcano was not available. This now impacting on what to order next.

I decided on the Quesadilla Cravings Box. I also ordered a Beefy Nacho Burrito and a Crispy Chicken soft Taco to try and enjoy the whole experience. This was not the case. First of all, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy! In this time I noticed I could download the Taco Bell app, which I did. There was no way I could add my order to the app as it requested a bar code. There wasn’t one. I had to clean my own table before sitting down. The food… The Quesadilla massively lacked filling and was almost as flat as a pancake. The Crunchy beef taco lacked beef filling, the fries were over seasoned and the crispy chicken soft taco literally fell apart on opening and the churros had no chocolate dip. When I approached the staff about the chocolate dip, his reply was , “oh, we ran out”

I’m disappointed on my visit to Taco Bell as I could have easily have eaten in the many other food...

I ate at the Glasgow taco bell years ago when it had just arrived in this country and it was great, so passing by and seeing another one, I had to stop by and grab another one.

Unfortunately, the standards of the food didn't seem to be as good as I had remembered. The soft taco I had was just a strip of chicken on a tortilla with some cheese and lettuce thrown on. For £3.19 it wasn't great.

The quesadilla was better and actually felt like something that had been properly prepared. Plenty of flavour, but just didn't feel like there was much there. For something that cost over £5, it didn't hit the spot. I left feeling hungry like I had only snacked even though I spent almost £12 on my food.

Another downside was that when I sat down in one of the booths, I placed my drink on the table and then leant on it as I sat down. The table was uneven and I got doused by my drink. Not a great experience to say the least.

I personally would not eat there again. Luckily there are plenty of options on the business park for those looking for something more substantial and those who aren't looking for a...
