Tasty Bites Penrith — Restaurant in England

If I could rate it 0 I really would, how hard is it these days to get a bit of respect when trying to support their local buisness? Went in and ordered a Yorkshire pudding wrap special 1x beef 1x turkey. Huffed and puffed and was extremely rude, asked if she would like us to take our custom else were and she said 'no it's ok' and continued to huff and puff making our meal, asked for a jacket potato which was another inconvenience to them as they didn't seem like they wanted to be there!! The women are just so rude iv never experienced anything like it. The Yorkshire puddings were frozen, the cake could literally knock someone out it was hard like a brick, the beautiful looking sponge tasted like burnt toast and the chicken in the garlic samwich filter on top of the jacket potato tasted like it was raw. We will never be coming back which is a shame because we always order from here would never dream of treating my customers like...

Decided to get lunch here to takeaway after a suggestion by a colleague.

We were not disappointed, the Turkey special was very big and tasted divine. It was warm, filled to the brim with turkey, stuffing, bacon, and cranberry sauce. Enjoyed every bite.

Only problem is I live nearly 300 miles away and I want to taste the rest of the menu.

Reviewing to warn everyone! I got extremely bad food poisoning after eating here. Came as a family, 3 of us had the burger and were violently unwell for the next 2 days. Have emailed to complain and this was ignored. I have since been told (by someone who used to work there) that all their meat is brought in frozen which could be the issue there....
