Tea Shop — Restaurant in England

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I popped in for some lunch with my partner and I ordered a cheese and tomato toasties. I received a cheese and ham toasties. I pointed out that this mistake had occurred and there were mumbles as to who had what written on their check. I pointed out that I was a vegetarian and did not eat meat there was no apology and I had to ask for it to be taken off the bill. I understand that mistakes can be made but if I had decided to eat meat it would not have been a piece of processes ham. Excellent service today, Food excellent, staff very welcoming.

Thank you to the gentleman in the shop who visited just for a cup of tea and gave me a lot of information about other stores in the area.
