Usually a satisfactory dining experience but I was very impressed by an early dinner granting us more attention than our previous slots, the Manageress working the floor was instinctively attentive, and versed with suggestions, the food was prompt and exact to request, and the setting relaxed and easy, paving the way for a great evening. Not the normal for us without the sound of sport dominating the room or the naff dj, personally, I loved it's time out so much more, if only they could set a sport free time out aside for the likes of me to enjoy. 😉🥂😊

Popped into here for something to eat and was not disappointed. They offer some pretty decent burger options but we saw that they did small tapas like menu items and decided to go for these. Best choice ever. All the dishes had big enough portions to satisfy 2 people, to be fair we did order 8 dishes so it would have been difficult to not have had enough food. We thoroughly enjoyed each of the dishes and will definitely be back again. Staff were really friendly also.

Ordered food from here as they propose to to do Korean takeaway (Mandu Guys). If you’re thinking of ordering from Mandu’s the new Korean place then don’t bother (pretty sure it’s a dark kitchen anyway). My partner got a chicken rice bowl, stale and cold (£10!) and these were meant to be Korean loaded fries, they were literally cheesy chips (I’m not a 19 year old girl after all night out at Levels).

20 hours agoNEW Saturday night started well with seeing our friend back on her way to Dubai. We was having a drink and a laugh my nephew turned up a little worse for ware. Ultimately he dozed off and last orders where called and we was going to take him home as soon as our drinks are finished but the ignorant and arrogant door staff had other ideas even after me trying to explain to them. They dragged my nephew by his arm which has just come out of plaster and he ended up on the floor in Great pain when I said something about his treatment I was put in a strangle hold and punched in the ribs by the doorstaff before being dragged out the back door. Both of these actions totally unnecessary and also against SIA regulations. These two doorstaff need to learn customer relations as what they did was totally unacceptable for professional doorstaff.

I was pushed out the back door as well trying to stop them from strangling my husband I have video how they did it. And then he pointed he's finger at my face yelled at me (who are you? who are you?). We could leave the place quietly if they didn't started to be so harsh and to think their trying to wake up the drunk man and take him outside as if they will get proper response from him, anyway he only sat there beside us quietly and we just let him sober a little bet while we are finishing our last drink. The door staff didn't listen to us and can't wait for few minutes so we can leave. No consideration at all, very unprofessional and horrible.

Very...

Discrimination from door men I had a bad experience tonight I was trying to be polite all night and ye your door staff proceeedes to be discriminatory towards me allowing others in but not me when I was sober and only asking to go ask the staff if they had my bank card, during this someone tried to come out of the building so to be polite i held the door in which, 1 door man proceeded to push me almost down the stairs, if I hadn’t caught myself then the other threatened and I quote “ ill spark you out mate” I have video evidence of them both with me asking for their identification, as I have done the sia qualification I know they violated most of the things it teaches such as do not escalate a situation, which as I stated was threatened and pushed towards a staircase on which I could of fallen down and cracked the back of my head and also refusing to give their identification when asked and turning their badges so they can’t be identified yet I have video of both door men which caused this commotion and also assaulted me so I’d like to know names and badge numbers and have them stripped of position as they clearly can’t deal well with people plus they lied about the third doorman...

Been going to the Bridgewater for many many years! I thinknits good how every so often they do a full renovation and its like you're in a different pub! It's brilliant how it has a dance floor that isn't too small. I mean, it coukd be bigger but then it would take up too much room in the day I'm guessing. Very very busy at the weekends, I used to go to thirsty Thursday there, obviously rather hungover the next day at work! Like j said, this was many years ago. I wanna say 15 years ago maybe a little less. But with £1 drinks who could complain! A large glass of wine was £2 haha! It used to get busy at the weekends then but its way more busy now than back then. They seem to have a good amount of staff on because you don't usually have to long to get a drink despite there being like 100 people at the bar at the same time! Most of the staff are very lovely and don't appear stressed even though there are so many people, they genuinely don't stop! Obviously there's the odd one that can be a bit rude and abrupt at times but they could have had a bad day and they are stress with the amount of people.its...
