Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

I came in here last week, whilst waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. I ordered 2 Big Breakfasts, 1 Chicken burger, and Kids Pizza & Chips. 1 Big breakfast contains, 2 sausages, choice of fried, poached or scrambled eggs, beans, 2 bacon, 3 hash browns, and either toast, fried bread or bread. I added a Black pudding as extra. These big breakfasts are £9.50 each. Absolute overpriced plate of garbage. The Black pudding was rock hard, the sausages were hard and dried out, no tomatoes, no mushrooms, these have to be added as an extra. The bacon was very fatty, and the fried bread was rock hard and greasy. The Chicken burger was hard and had a massive leaf of lettuce. The kids Pizza and chips came from a budget pizza they sell and 6 chips in a ramekin. Very disappointed. £2.25 for 1 can of coke. I spent £60 in there and it was all very disappointing, I will not be visiting...

Anytime I've visited Tesco Cafe in Corby, I always find that no matter what day is or time, the availability of food is always low, if I select anything on the menu there is always an excuse for what they don't have any that they could make an alternative version and even if it's lesser than advertised they're happy to charge me the same amount.

I've enjoyed their coffees and it's a good place to go before or after shopping, and the Tesco toilets are right next to the shop. There is a troly park you can put your trolleys in but oftentimes the trolleys are all over the place. It feels disorganised and it's sad because the staff have such a passion but given the small number of staff they have against the customers they deal with, it's frustrating to see them go through this element of panic and it's not fair for them to deal with this level of stress just for the...

We having been using this cafe since Tesco opened. It has been going downhill and not improved at all. We use it rarely these days, even though we use Tesco maybe twice weekly, so anyway we thought today we'll try again! Well its not clean, or even nearly by any stretch of the imagination. It's all worn out on the chairs and sofas which doesn't help with the dirty look!! BUT...when it's not busy maybe the staff could clean the chairs and tables with clean cloths, and the correct cleaning chemicals. Maybe wipe the sills around the bottom of the tables and windows, sweep up instead of standing chatting. We are saying all of this because it seems that staff can't see it! Or is this not allowed because of some bizarre h&s rule. Overpriced dried out 'food'. Lukewarm drinks. Certainly not like other Costa coffee cafe in other...
