Its been a while since we last went to TGI Fridays. I decided to go for the Chicken Finger BLT with Mario Fries. I always loved the KFC BLT when they did it. The TGI version I found to be too dry, not very hot when I got it and I couldn't taste the bacon very well, if at all. The Mario Fries come with Bacon, Cheese and some kind of tomato sauce that tasted like bolognese. A slightly strange combination if you aren't expecting it and it stops the fries being crispy. The best bacon and cheese fries I've had are Ed's Diner My wife had Vegetarian Fajitas which she enjoyed with a side of Onion Rings that we shared. Very nice. I didn't complain about my meal as it was my wife's birthday and I've had far worse meals. We did have Nachos with cheese for a starter to share. They were nice. No sweet as we had cake at home. My wife also got a slice of cake when the waiters sang their birthday song. We'll go back again but I'll be sticking with their awesome burgers or a steak.

Tonight we were welcomed inside a busy TGIF by a lovely, charming young lady named Elise, who showed us to our table. We were then looked after by a passionate long serving team member named Colin. We were taking advantage of their GRADSEATFREE offer in order to celebrate my nephew passing his GCSEs - money is tight so this was a lovely treat. There was a great vibe inside, with people of all ages celebrating their Birthdays, the team singing in celebration and even free candy floss being offered out to tables by staff. Service was fantastic as expected however, food has been given 4-stars simply because we had to chase our drinks and ask for a missing item off our dessert. Elise pop over to wish me a happy birthday for the weekend coming just before leaving as it was the end of her shift - something that felt like she’d gone the extra mile to remember as the evening wasn’t about me so this was a really lovely gesture. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Long gone are the days of the 80's / 90's TGI fridays with roller skates / buzzing cocktail bar and extensive menu. HSE ruined most of it. The service is always really good here, especially from Tania I think her name is, however foodwise, I dont feel value for money. One thing that bugged me this evening, the glazed chicken strips with the toasted sesame seeds and chilli flakes. A real Fridays® favourite, didnt have any sesame seeds or chilli flakes. There is an Asda over the road. 1st world problem, but give people what you advertise! Gratuity is optional, but I think the prices reflected should absorb a service charge. I am more reluctant to leave a tip given the food standard vs price, which is a shame because they obviously work hard.

Took my partner here last week for his birthday only reason being is that they sing happy birthday and put on a good show so I requested via telephone for them to sing happy birthday to him as a surprise for him when I booked a table for two, first of all that never happened. We both ordered starters, my partner's starter came after about 25mins and mine came after 45mins - his was boneless spicy wings (nuggets) and mine was just nachos! The waitress then made a joke saying it's more like a 3 course meal now rather than apologising for it coming out late which she found hilarious. Secondly their Bruce Lee burger had chipped some of my partner's tooth off and some of it came out which the manager didn't even bat an eye lid at when I had rang her to tell her this (our meals and drinks came to around £48). She said she would speak to the people responsible and "deal" with the situation. And I was told that I should have stayed behind to speak to the manager that evening but as I explained to her I didn't expect to stay there for an hour and 15mins plus extra time to deal with this as I had booked and paid for another surprise straight after our meal which would have meant us being late for that. The manager promised to send vouchers in the post for the inconvenience caused and to apologise and today as promised I recieved those vouchers in the post.. one voucher £5 and the other voucher £10 for ruining my partner's birthday night out..VERY generous of them..NOT! That will just about cover one of our meals, it's very stingy and out of order considering it was both our night that was ruined not just one of ours. I'm not the one to take my time in writing a review and I wasn't going to when I had spoken to the manager but after receiving such measly vouchers in the post today I felt very insulted by it! I will not be using the vouchers and I won't ever be coming here again. And I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone, especially for...

Went to this restaurant on Saturday 27 July 24. On our arrival after booking a few days in advance we were informed that due to the grills breaking down we would be unable to order any grilled food!! We were a group of 8 adults and 3 children so to be told no grilled food would be available was a complete nightmare😫 The head waitress was very apologetic and we had to sympathise with her as this problem was not her fault. Basically the whole menu was unavailable so we asked what was available to order. The waitress explained in detail what we could have and that the meat would be fried and obviously not grilled. So the children chose fried burgers and one hotdog and the adults chose the Fajitas with fried chicken. We all had to wait around 45 minutes for our food to be served which isn’t pleasant with 3 children aged from 5 to 10 years old.

Well the wait was more than compensated for as the food was piping hot and absolutely delicious!!!

Well done to every member of staff including the chefs/cooks,for turning an expected nightmare into a very enjoyable evening with plenty of delicious hot food to eat.

We were also given a sizeable discount without having to ask for one.👌

Will definitely return and would highly recommend tgi High...

Been here a few times and never had a bad meal. Our most recent visit was no exception and the food as always was timely, tasty and a good temperature. Yes, it isn't the cheapest when compared to some other chains but the portions are generous and they do stuff you can't really get anywhere else. The food however is only half the story with the other half being the service. I've always found it friendly at TGI's but things like timely refills on the bottomless drinks can be a bit hit and miss so I need to call out Colin, our server, on this visit. He really made it a great experience. Super welcoming right from the start, interested in us and our day so far, good sense of humour and mega efficient. He was already on his way back with more drink refills as soon as he saw we getting low and when I ordered a milkshake and my wife got a desert, he thoughtfully brought two spoons in case we wanted to share. He made the whole meal even more enjoyable and if the management at High Wycombe read this, PLEASE give that man a pay increase, he deserves it and you need to hang on to...
