When I had last visited this pub more than two years ago it seemed most uninviting and I would not have considered visiting again if I had not heard from a friend that it had greatly improved since then. When I visited it last week I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the fact that a notice on the wall still invited me to "pΓ³g mo thΓ³in", the staff were most welcoming and the place had a good atmosphere. The beer, I am told was good, although I was not drinking it myself, and the menu looked very appetising. I did not have a meal, but the couple sat next to me did and evidently enjoyed it. I shall definitely visit this pub again and next time I will try the food...
