Visited yesterday with my daughter, lovely friendly, welcoming staff. Got the chicken ham and leek pie, unfortunately it was bland and needed more seasoning. Meat and potatoe pie was nicer but also needed more seasoning. Sausage bun from the hot counter was great, they make their own bread and sausages. Overall seems like a nice place, had really nice staff and good priced food but I have to say the pie I ate was not particularly nice… quite bland and full of this really watery jelly thing, I couldn’t finish. Food is Good, Meat and potato pies are nowhere near as good as they where when it was Danson's, they are too bland, not enough meat/gravy and the pastry is far too thick and always uncooked inside, Steak pies and Pork pies are very good w0ith plenty of fillings.
