Palermo — Local services in Great Britain

This has been my favourite takeaway since I was a kid. We order from them more times than I can count. The delivery driver knows us!! We tried ordering tonight which it got rejected twice. Confused my husband went to the takeaway to check if it was closed and it wasn’t so he ordered the food and in less than 5 minutes he was on his way. While in there he witnessed the man behind the counter accepting 2 orders and placing them for the chef to start making. Clearly life long customers mean naff all to them. I called explaining the situation and told the man that he has crap customer service if that’s how he treats customers for no reason and my response was he put the phone down. I will never order from here again. The sheer disrespect of the man on the phone had me shaking with anger. Shame because the food is lovely albeit a little salty sometimes. Honestly disappointed. The only Pizza you'll ever want to eat. Every time I order I'm astonished how light and perfectly cooked to food is! ... No stodge, dry or burnt food ever. Also the delivery time although a few miles away was well before allocated time... Its no good ordering a takeaway that is good one day and bad the next. Been there done that. Palermo is spot on...

I had a garlic bread (10in) and a shish kebab. Both were absolutely delicious. Thin crispy bread, was perfect for me, just as I like it.
