Awful!! From when we arrived at 6:00 until we left. Thats my First visit to Bardolino Over & it is my Last!!! I had booked for 2 of us & a high chair for 6:00 & were given one of the smallest tables ever couldn't get the high chair legs under the table? Only one waitress on duty until about American meatballs & spaghetti was Awful!!! Tons of herbs in the meatballs couldn't taste anything else, although sauce was tasteless anyhow. Childs menu was not healthy good food at all, ended up having to order Grandson of 15 months a salmon Niscoise salad which he loved but was £12 My daughter-in-law had a cannelloni which had not much flavour at all. When a waitress came over to get the bill paid she asked how it was & I told her it was Awful, & she just said "oh right"??!! Is it me or does no one care about Service & customer service any more, it's like they don't give a crap if you go back or not?....Well Marco Pierre White & Mani sadly it's a ...Not! SO disappointed. Prices not bad really considering its MPW's, but we paid for food that was almost inedible, (apart from £12 for the babys dinner) has anyone else tried the "american meatballs & spaghetti?" just Awful!!! We chose an Adult Main for baby Luca because some of the childs menu had been crossed through which left Pasta bows, chicken nuggets? lasagne blah blah usual food that young kids like but not too good for babies who you are trying to feed healthily?? Our plates were almost Bigger than the table? Staff just Not experienced enough :( Think I should go up & show them how to make Meatballs & how to present food, NOT just slop it...

False advertisements on the flyer saying that both rooms will be open for music from 9:30pm only to find that middle floor was only open when people were trying to finish of there dinner down stairs! Should of opened later and should have had the updated times on the flyer also felt sorry for customers down stairs trying to finish there food when loud music was coming from the upstairs! Not fun for customers out for a quite meal! Finally get to go upstairs for the music went to use the toilet to find there was no hand soap and a completely disgusting toilet with poo all over the toilet seat. With signs showing you to make sure you use hand soap. I don't know if the manager of the club realises we just went through covid. Disgusting! Went to the bar to find out there were out if all beers on tap and only had cider. I'm not a cider drinker and I'm forced to have bottles that work out more expensive once again. At this point I'm not happy! Bouncers stop letting people upstairs again from 12ish at night which is strange cause they only just opened it! Middle floor is still playing music but you can see the bouncers are wanted to funnel everyone down stairs. Middle floor gets shut just gone 2am when It was posed to be open till 4am Not liking comercial styles of music I leave and I won't be attending the club again for hygiene and...

Usually we go to party to Oxford, but this time we wanted to try Swindon City. Our choice was The bank. Music was OK, the garden place very nice, but how the Security worked , I can not belive. At the moment is 2.34am and I can still write this comment, which means I'm not drunk. We been there from 11.45 pm and than about 1.15am they told us we have to go out. Even if its unbelievable I ask politely what is the reason. They told is because we drunk. I had 1 drink, my friend had 4-5. On Friday night, and we both danced, so shouldn't be serious. I'm sure if they have cameras can proof us too. We spend some money in, we invitate our other friend too, and than we deserve this? Very bad service. I'm sure they will busy in the future as well, but we never going in...
