Read moreWe were in there when a previous owner came in at 3.30pm....their closing time, and was refused service. They open and close when they feel like it, anyway...without notice. the Oasis across the road is more reliable & customer-friendly. We shall avoid number 13 in future. Response It seems you misread my review. We were already in the bistro eating a meal when the previous owner came in with a lady (wife?).. We were customers of said visitor when he owned it many years ago.. Your opening hours show closing at 3.30...and no 'last orders'... PS He didn't seem bothered...WE WERE!...Thanks for your response...I think not! I recognised a customer of mine from 45 years ago....your friend? MY ATTENTION HAS JUST BEEN DRAWN TO THIS REVIEW IT APPEARS WHOEVER JOHN DUNNE IS HAS BEN PRIVY TO CONVERSATION AND HAS ACCESSED YOUR REVIEW SITE VIA WHATEVER MEANS....COULD EVEN BE VIA MY PC. THAT'S ANOTHER MATTER I'M REVIEWIING!. I DON'T 'DO' ON-LINE REVIEWS...I JUST DON'T PATRONISE ESTABLISHMENTS I DON'T LIKE. WHEN I OWNED THE TALBOT CAFE I HAD A NOTE ON THE MENU "PLEASE ADDRESS COMPLAINTS IN PERSON TO THE PROPRIETOR".....WHICH I DO! THE LADY I CAME IN WITH ACCESSED A SITE THAT SAID YOU CLOSED AT 4 PM... i CAN'T HELP THAT. REGARDS...
