I have been here twice & ordered Americano & carrot cake, it was wonderful & tasted fresh! The service was great & prices are on par with Costa & other cafes in the area. staff are kind & my coffee was prompt, but this may depends on the crowd, I was the only lucky one there this morning. Overall, I will definitely visit again ☕️

If only I had the discipline to cook my own food. The portion sizes here are really questionable at times, so much so that I have to fill it up with toppings. At least 3 items in these photos are toppings.

Ok so nice place but oh my gosh it's overpriced and the service is sooooooo slow, so they have these 2 ladies up front usually (one younger one older) and they treat service like it's some ethereal transcendental thing, they take their time asking you want you want, they take their sweet time serving you what you want and occasionally have a little chat whilst doing so, as for multitasking..... no not a concept they are familiar with I'm afraid. and the young one smiles but doesn't bother with any customer pleasantries, so no thank you or please etc, you just have to stand there and watch your food go cold as they take an eternity to serve you, all the while there are 10 other people in the queue who are also feeling their life/break time slip through their fingers, there are other staff there who seem to be working hard but unfortunately they're let down by the 1st 2

The menu/meal deals are unclear and a 6 ingredient breakfast will cost you a tenner, no black pud, no tomatoes, make your own toast and stone cold bacon, I personally will not be looking to waste my break time here much more, especially not with the friday breakfast (the only day they do a "full"...

A vast improvement over what came before, albeit pricey as a result. The environment is very pleasant and a lot has been spent on the decor. Meals are freshly prepared by short order chefs (a massive improvement from the 'pour it all in a bucket and slop it out on demand' prep and presentation that came before). Service is fast and friendly but it is taking people a while to realise they no longer have to line up out the door! Prices are more akin to London cafes than an industrial estate in Winnersh. Quality of food overall is very good. One or two disappointments eg. tasteless leek and potato soup, disappointing and pricey toasted sandwich, need to be watched for....

Average food that cold or Lukewarm at best, portion size vary depending on server and is generally small portion and low quality for high price. There is usually a queue not because the food is good but because it's the only place on the doorstep.

One lady serving is particularly rude, miserable and gives the smallest portions, I'd recommend she takes a step away from the hospitality sector as it doesn't seem to fill her with any amount of joy or happiness.

The kitchen is ill prepared and is always behind schedule on prepping food to go out the door, at one point there was a 15min queue because of waiting for some more baked beans to...
