UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT WITHOUT REAL PORK SAUSAGES OR PORK BACON ANYMORE They should take down The Lunch Box Sign out of respect for the past owners and any new customers the New Management may aquire as its a completely different place. I had gave a great review for the past owners of 5 STARS which I wish the best of luck to for the future and happy retirement.

As for the new management my star review has dropped considerably to a 1 STAR. NON PORK sausages and NON PORK bacon. I had asked on arrival on my first and last visit a couple of days back when I noticed on the menu that the sausages are chicken and the bacon is turkey that if they served pork and all? My reply from the NEW MANAGEMENT is that there is no demand for Pork sausages or bacon anymore and told that "I will not find many places that do around here anymore". (Which every cafe in Kettering actually does and I ended going to one 4 minute away) and tried to convince me that the chicken and bacon tastes like pork anyway which is a ludicrous idea and pretty insulting to ones pallet. Great little place (around 4-5 tables) with wonderfully warm and friendly owners! My fiancè and I visited for a breakfast. We both had the full English which comes with orange juice and choice of coffee or tea. Everything was cooked to perfection and with very little oil. I had bacon (they even cut the fat off around the edges!), sausage, hash brown, mushrooms (so good!), beans, scrambled eggs and a slice of toast. Had a lovely latte too. My Fiancè had a couple of different items and polished off the lot, which really is a rarity! The owners are lovely, they have a nice chat but do leave you alone to eat..perfect! They treat everyone with utter respect and deserve more of the same back. Superb prices too!!! Please visit this little, unimposing hidden gem for a banging...

Wednesday morning @10.26am. Radio 2 music being played softley in the background, it's not overpowering, but nice. 4 people in here eating. I had to leave in a hurry, but if the full English breakfast was ❤️ like a couple Months ago...it will be gorgeous.
