This is a quaint tearoom with lovely views and great service. I opted for one of todays specials, which was chicken and greek salad wrap. It was very nice, as was the americano coffee I had with it. My bill came to £10.30, which is comparable with other cafes in the general area. It is very cycle friendly with plenty of facilities and space to secure your bike. It is also a dog friendly tearoom. If you visit on a road bike, just be careful as the entrance road to the tearoom, which is about 30m long, is covered in loose stones. The car park has plenty of spaces. However, there are a few to many large potholes. I wouldn't let the road and carpark put you off as it is a great tearoom and well worth a visit.

What an absolute gem of a place, from the Red Telephone box that marks the entrance on the main road to the quaint cabin style tea room with it's log burner & Chesterfield chairs. The pot of tea for 2 was perfect in it's Chiba Cups, the toasties were excellent & very tasty. Really enjoyed the Potato & Leek soup too. The cake & brownies with Ice Cream really filled the gap. The service was warm & welcoming too & we were well looked after. We were extremely impressed & will return many times. Thankyou for a lovely experience today.

Just perfect. We celebrated my sisters baby shower here and honestly don't think there's a better place in Warrington to hold it. Managed to seat 23 people. Some dietary requirements, which were perfectly met. Staff are so attentive and full of care for their customers and food! 100% recommend for a light lunch, afternoon tea or for an event!

Sadly a negative review but not about the tearoom which I tried to visit today for the first time but it was closed. Its about an obnoxious man who came up to me outside cafe demanding, with a real poor attitude, to know "if he can help me". When I asked who he was he says arrogantly - 'I'm the man who owns the land your standing on'. Totally unnecessary and when I explained what had happened he was just dismissive and rude. Other great reviews for the tea room are more than likely because he does not...
