As a couple that regularly opt to eat out alot, we are all to often disheartened at each venue by either the service, or the food quality. This has often leads us to believing our money was complelty wasted and should of gone to somewhere more deserving. The Ring O'Bells IS that somewhere. Not only was the service above and beyond what we expected, we would go as far to day that they provide 5* service. In example, i asked for an iced coffee that i was unaware they didn't serve and they took it upon themselves to research a "how to" video and made me one regardless. This to me was greatly received as not only was it delicious it was a really kind thing to do. Now then for the food, the chef has to be commended as the food here is unbelievable, especially for such an affordable price, you feel as if you are sharing a homely meal cooked by a loved one. We asked for salt and pepper and didn't even use them once. The food is beautifully presented and very well seasoned, we highly recommend the Lamb shoulder Hotpot and the bells burger. You can tell the chef takes pride in his work. The staff are also very upbeat and welcoming and made us leave with a spring in our step from being exposed to their contagious sunshine personalities. So thankyou all at Ring O' Bells, you put our trust back into the industry and we will 1000% be back and telling our friends about the great work you guys do!

Very lovely Pub but the barmaid who served us (Sarah) had no customer service skills whatsoever!

I later asked for her name when she served us again as she was so not interested in serving us we asked what options of wine was available she was very rude making snide remarks! As paying customers we felt very uncomfortable! Especially when the prices were over any other local pub around the area.

I was then later coming from the smoking area where i was infront of her and she rudley pushed passed me when the the door slammed into her shoulder and the bouncer said to her (thats karma) so he clearly knew she was a horror to your paying customers too!

I work in a pub myself and i make sure i make every paying customer feel very welcome!

This was our first time visiting the ring o bells widnes and we can assure you we won't be returning seems to us she's only OK with her regular customers and not any new customers from the area that you receive which is very disappointing as apart from her outcome we found the establishment lovely.. hopefully Sarah doesn't cost you...

We were lucky enough to have our wedding in the brand new "The Courtyard" space at The Ring O Bells.

From the moment we booked to have our meal there, the staff and the owners couldn't have done more or been more friendly or more helpful.

The food was delicious, served on time and all together, hot and enjoyed by all.

Good selection of drinks available, attentive staff throughout the whole time we were there, popping in to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was okay.

The Courtyard itself is a great space and would highly recommend to anyone. It's a decent sized space, decorated beautifully, really good atmosphere in there and very modern but also classy. For us it gave great vibes from the moment we saw it.

Whether you want a quick pint or you want to have an event/meal there. We would highly recommend it! So pleased that we chose to have our celebration there.

Also pet friendly in certain areas so we were able to bring our dog along too 😁. Draft Staropramen 10/10.
