The Taste of Raj Restaurant — Restaurant in England

Ordered a indian at 8pm to be told it would he late because really busy and expect to be an hour and a half which is a long time as it is. An hour and a half goes by no sign of my Indian try calling and no-one answers the phone for 45 minute and then when they do o be told it's going to be another 30 minutes before my food gets to me. By this point I'm STARVING! Ask if there's anything they can do considering how long I waited and they refuse to give any meal for a discounted price or refund. Now still waiting to see if my food turns up at the now given time of over 2 and a half hours late.

Would never order from here again the service is terrible and massively over priced which I wouldn't have minded so much if it was worth it however before the foods got here they have already proven it's not.

I was never a massive fan of Indian food as everywhere seemed to serve the same simular runny curry put through a blender with lumps of meat and only the colours being different.

That all changed when I had a balti from the taste of raj. Wow, finally!

You can instantly see and taste the whole fresh ingredients. The chicken just crumbles and is so tender. Its not too hot and it doesn't have to be because its so tasty. I've had this dish many many times and it's consistently perfect every time. I've tried so many different cooking methods at home but I can't get my chicken anywhere near as good.

Me and my partner went as a spur of a moment, unbeknownst to us it was one of the best Indian restaurants in hereford. I had ordered something off menu to see what they're like not making a "usual dish", I had a chicken tikka Masala ( I know, you would've thought it would be on the menu but it's not) and garlic mushroom rice. My partner had chicken tikka bhuna with plain rice and we had onion bajjis to share. The service was incredible and the food was spot on. We've been to lots of Indian restaurants before so we know a good one when we try it!! I would seriously consider about trying this restaurant before trying...
