Saturday lunch with a four year old and a small dog - The Volley of course. The Volunteer is an excellent neighbourhood local. Good beer, good food, good service, friendly staff and customers and free parking outside - what's not to love.
Sausage, beans and chips for a four year old - "This is Great!" - well there's one happy customer. I chose the Bacon and Brie baguette - plenty of bacon and brie in a good baguette, coleslaw and a cous cous salad on crisp lettuce base with a serving of chips - well it was a Saturday!!!

The small dog wondered around a bit and said hello to another small dog - all very friendly. The bacon, brie and sausage went down well with the dog - no lettuce thank you!!
