The Water Margin — Restaurant in England

I don't like doing this but I see zero point in calling to complain as if you send out what we've just had delivered, you're beyond redemption. So was running late ( it happens) and when i called the guy said its just cooking now be with you in 15 mins.. That is probably right as the food that's been delivered tasted like it was cooked an hour ago. I've never had sweet and sour chicken before that tastes of bananas, not sure if that's a new addition but there's a spot in hell reserved for that dish. The lemon chicken, well I'm not convinced it can be called chicken, it's like the chicken that's rehydrated with too much with water, disgusting and the only place it's fit for is the bin. The chips I think were cooked sometime in the 16th century and repeatedly since then. Again the bin The noodles, well you managed that, I'd imagine they'd of been nicer hot though. Didn't manage to mess up the can of coke so well done for that. In a nutshell if you're thinking of ordering here, save yourself near on 2 hours and money. Ordered an delivery from here, which is usually an great place but for some reason tonight the person who had picked up the phone had been agitated and was quite rude which I brushed off;

Then when it came to the food being delivered we were given two half full containers of salt chili chicken, it had already been an agitating experience with the customer service tonight especially as the entire order had been £23, so I’d asked for an refund for one of the orders over the phone and had been completely blanked and told that they would talk to the kitchen.

Apart from this experience everything else from this restaurant is amazing and I would recommend it to others under normal circumstances but this experience has really...

Don't know what has changed here from 3 years back but its like night and day. The one 3 years ago was not nice, can't remember what it was but it was the last one I ordered.

Today's delivery i can't find fault , excellent quality meat, superb flavours love the egg in the plain noodles and beansprouts, not many add that bit it works. Crispy shredded chilli chicken just the right spice level nice to have the green pepper in it. Chicken with orange needs a lil more sauce maybe add it to your extras the same as the lemon sauce? but again nice crispy chicken.

So yeah whatever you've changed please keep it this way. The food I just ate was...
