We go here quite regularly as there is always a great choice of guest beers and it is kept really well. A proper old fashioned pub with a friendly welcome. We had brunch for the first time today after looking at it enviously a few times.... we were not disappointed. It was fantastic. We both had the traditional full English.. two fried eggs, bacon, two sausages, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, and tomatoes with toast and butter. And all for just £7.50 each, well worth every penny. I went in and being from the outlands (I'm not, I'm from here) so I wasn't asked to buy a raffle ticket, it was held from us like some special thing- the food is bearable, well presented-but I'm told it isn't home made, it's from packets so be warned..
