Tiers and Sprinkles — Restaurant in England

We were planning on working with Tiers and Sprinkles for our wedding cake. We had asked if we could order a custom cake flavor and were told yes. We then proceeded to order and pay for the cake samplers. We ordered a box of cake samplers to check the quality — the consensus was that quality was ok but flavors were not what we were looking for.

Since we were doing a custom flavor anyway, we decided to proceed. However, months later, our wedding planners informed us that they turned around and said they never agreed to a custom flavor and would not work with us anymore. We had a different vendor.

Tiers and Sprinkles said they would give us the deposit back. It's been more than half a year, they have ignored all of ours e-mails and have never returned the deposit.

EDIT: This is definitely the business. Katie the owner has not responded to any of our emails for over half a year but has claimed below that this is not her business. It seems that our only recourse may be to take this up in small...

I go every year to tiers and sprinkles for my daughters birthday cakes to be made after my sister got a cake made for my nephew here a few years back and I was very impressed! it’s a tradition now that we get a cake made every year from here, every year I send in a photo for inspo of what I want for my daughters birthday cake and Katie makes them even better than I can imagine! Each cake has been fantastic the eye to detail is amazing and they taste just as good as they look with a variety of flavours to choose from! Prices as well are just as good for what I get I would of thought I’d be paying way more which I would be happy to do, overall I would highly recommend tiers and sprinkles to anyone looking for a cake maker this is the place to go! Or even for just a bit of cake and a cup of tea the shop is beautiful and have a variety of cakes at the counter! Fantastic gem in leyburn! I will every year be returning and keep the tradition of getting my daughters cakes...

I have been coming to tiers and sprinkles now for 3 years to get my daughters birthday cakes, every single year they have been amazing! I usually send in a reference photo of what I would like and every time I’ve gone to pick up the cake it’s been better than I could have imagined! A lot of thought, detail has gone into every single one🙂 the service has always been 10/10… worth the money 100% as well I have always been happy with the price I have paid as for what I get I’m happy to part with my money for it and more to be honest! The cakes themselves aren’t just amazing to look at but the taste of them too is beautiful, I will be coming back every year to get my daughters cakes from here or any other time I may need a cake making because honestly I don’t think I’m going to find another cake shop that could impress me as much as the lovely ladies at tiers and sprinkles!
