Vernon's Fish Bar — Restaurant in England

We entered the cafe part of the chippy today for lunch. With my daughter son and pram with a baby. The lower part seemed full so asked a young lady if there were any seats up the steps. She couldn't really care less, looked at the pram and said " there's one right in the middle". As she walked passed a seat became available at the bottom and I said to my daughter don't think we could sit there pram to close to steps to which The young lady said " yeah we have to get passed" as she strolled off not caring I said " so we should go elsewhere should we" she looked back with attitude and said "yes". Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards customers who wish to spend money. Discrimatory towards mums and prams. I expressed my disgust to the other staff and guess what..... no one cared. The young lady maybe should be taught some manners and perhaps some customer service training...

The service was a disaster, the woman didn't listen at all to what was being said because she was busy talking to her friend, the fish was even good, the fries were a disaster, there was no question about whether it was local or takeaway, at first I sat down with the children in the restaurant, but after a while the woman from the staff came and said that you have to pay extra for the food inside and when I asked HOW MUCH it went, when I saw that it was £10 more in total, I thanked her, I recommend changing the service to nice one, I will definitely not go back...

Just went there for a early lunch, I was the second customer, my chips were under cooked and soggy and greasy, couldn’t eat them, I ask if I could sit in, mind u there was nobody in the seating area,I was told I couldn’t sit down because I need to pay extra, so I asked how much all3 stuff couldn’t tell me how much, I felt they don’t want me to sit in, felt discriminated, I won’t be returning, they younger lady with the brown hair is always nice to me the rest are rude and I could tell they didn’t like me. Think they just want English to eat In. Not the best...
