Whilst walking Cleveland Way this café is just by the car park and easily missed as you come to down of the cliffs into the village of Sandsend
The small frontage of this café is deceptive as we went in we were directed to the garden, initialling thinking they do not want us scruffs in the café, however when you see the lovely garden with beautiful flowers and large solid wooden tables ( not the wobbly ones). Decent car park right next to the cafe, as is the excellent and regular coastal bus stop. If you time it right and visit at low tide the sea is right out and you can have a fascinating exploration for fossils and then nip into the warm for...
