absolutely awful! ordered a half hawian parmo but had to buy cans of pop to make the minimum spend of £10 and when they handed it me they never asked what salad or sauce, just given what i got. when asking for garlic mayo i was treated with this dosent come with sauce.

manager very rude and abrupt and the food was gross! chicken had grissle and fat throughout the parmo making it chewy and had to spit out several times before putting it in the bin, only passable part of the meal was the salad and the chips. if looking for a chicken parmo giannis is much nicer...

Joe is the absolute legend of Zorros! Honestly, every time I go into Zorro's in Ripon, Joe makes the whole experience ten times better. Horrific soggy pizza after waiting over an hour. Plenty of better options in ripon don't waste your money in this place 🙈. All jokes aside it could only be described as the most revolting experience of my life. Trying to forget about it is made even more difficult by the lingering after taste of death.
