KFC Loughton - High Road — Restaurant in Epping Forest

Please somebody tell me how this place is still open. The rudest customer service I've ever seen. I went in last week and placed an order for takeaway and waited an hour and 15 minutes when I got home my order was wrong so had to drive back to the shop and they argued point Blank with me that that's what I ordered even though I had the receipt. I asked speak to the manager who apologised and refunded me for my order. Was late getting home from work tonight so again went in an ordered, this time waited over 40 minutes and the same carry on again, low and behold I checked and the order is completely wrong and I am told by the girl who served me chicken is chicken just eat it. How can you speak to customers like this. I spoke to the manager and he basically said the same as the lady who served me said. I asked for a refund and two people behind me done the same as there orders were both wrong and they had actually waited longer than me. It's an absolute disgrace the way they are running a fast food store. I will never ever use that shop again.

Got a takeaway delivered to my house which I didn't order. The delivery driver just left it on doorstep and before I got a chance to check with my girlfriend if it was hers he had left. I phoned the local kfc 3 times to tell them, the third time the phone was answered and when I told them that I had been delivered food by mistake the line went dead where they just put it on hold without even replying to me. It has now been 30 minutes and nobody has returned to collect the food. It is now cold and I will put it in the bin as I have already eaten. It is reliable , quick and friendly service that was so amazing that you will keep coming to this place time after time. They have amazing customer service which will keep you smiling for longer and longer that will last forever. The food is top quality , the kushrem is nice and it is close to me which really convenient go to there when I am hungry. Go there and buy your food from there because it is worth every penny to buy. I have been few times and food is so good that I remembered go there as if I am friends with everyone in KFC because they always serve with a smile.
